Paid use of the service is for one year.  At the time the user completes the online transaction to pay for the service, they acknowledge that they have had a 14 day trial period and that there is no return accepted and no refund (full or prorated) will be made.  Service terminates automatically one year from the date the online payment transaction is completed.  The user may unilaterally decide to discontinue use the service any time, but recognizes that they are not entitled to any refund of any portion of amounts paid.

Trading Bulletin Subscriptions:

You acknowledge that all trading bulletins and other publications are for educational purposes and do not represent offers to buy or sell or investment/trading advice to do the same.  You assume full responsibility for any trades you execute and any and all gains or losses incurred.  Refer to the disclaimers present in each bulletin.   If the publication of a particular bulletin is subsequently terminated it will be done so at the end of a calendar month.  If you are a monthly subscriber, no further subscription fees will of course be charged.  If you have a free subscription to that particular bulletin, you will have the option to receive any other comparably priced published bulletin for the remainder of your free subscription period.

Third Party Provided Content:

Daily updates are subject to market fluctuations and are based on the latest quotes received from third-party data contributors and is subject to a 20 minute delay.
